Day 3 - Vancouver to Whistler (B)

The Whistler Mountaineer is a 3-hour, premier train journey from North Vancouver to Whistler. The “Coast Classic” service delivers the unique blend of contrasts the Sea to Sky region is famous for; cities and old growth forests, bustling action and natural serenity, deep valleys and snow-capped peaks, seascapes and mountain views. Included is breakfast served at your seat and interpretive commentary from the onboard attendants.

Day 4 - Whistler

Today’s options in Whistler are the choice of the Tree Trek Canopy Walk, a spectacular walk through a network of suspension bridges, boardwalks and trails that take you from the forest floor to the upper reaches of the forest canopy OR, for the more adventurous, try the Ziptrek Ecotour where you’ll experience the exhilaration of flying as you glide along steel ziplines suspended high above the breathtaking white-water river that divides Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. The ziplines are joined by a network of ground based boardwalks and trails, and by aerial stairways and bridges at heights of over eighty feet in the tree canopy!

Day 5 - Whistler to Victoria

After a free morning to explore Whistler at leisure, a 1-hour flight will take you from Whistler to the Inner Harbour in Victoria. This daily flight will depart Green Lake located 2 km from Whistler Village, (transfer not included) passing through one of the most scenic valleys on the BC Coast, up the Howe Sound, over Horseshoe Bay, then past the city of Vancouver and over the Gulf Islands. See Shannon Falls and glaciers on this amazing flight over the Gulf Islands. Transfer by taxi to your Victoria hotel (not included).

Day 6 - Victoria

An exciting day awaits. This morning, take a city tour of Victoria. Later, choose either the Butchart & Butterfly Gardens tour OR a 3-hour whale watching cruise. The tour to Butchart Gardens will include the Sunken Gardens, Japanese Gardens, Italian Gardens, English Rose Gardens and Ross Fountain. If your choice is whale watching, this excursion will be a round trip out of Victoria’s Inner Harbour in search of killer whales, porpoises, harbour seals, and other marine wildlife. The boat will slow or stop allowing passengers to observe wildlife, take photographs, and ask questions. Remember to dress warmly (layers is best) and don't forget to bring your camera and binoculars.

Day 7 - Victoria to Vancouver

Your West Coast tour concludes with a scheduled service transfer by motor coach, from the Victoria Bus Depot, on BC Ferries and onto Pacific Central Station (Vancouver Bus Depot). Selected schedules on this service will also make a stop at the Vancouver International Airport en route.
