May 15 Home to Victoria

Begin your journey with a taxi transfer from home to Portland’s U= nion Station (only in the Portland metro area) where you check in and board Amtr= ak with service to Seattle. The train is scheduled to depart at 8:45am and arrive in Seattle at 12:30pm. On arrival, we will transfer to Pier 69 where we will c= heck in with the Victoria Clipper for service to Victoria. There will be time af= ter we check in for lunch on your own at one of many restaurants along the waterfront. The clipper is scheduled to depart at 3:15pm and arrive in Vict= oria at 6:00pm. On arrival in Victoria, we will clear customs and then transfer = to our hotel for a two night stay. The evening is free to explore the city of Victoria. Shop, relax and try one of the many wonderful restaurants and pubs within a short walk of your hotel.

Overnight: Fairmont Empress Hotel

 

May 16 Victoria

This morning we have a scheduled trip to Butchart Gardens. The tour is scheduled to depart at 10:00am and will return us to the Empress hotel wher= e we have reservations for an afternoon High Tea. The remainder of the afternoon= and evening is free to explore Victoria on your own.

May 17 Victoria to Home

This morning, we will transfer to the pier and check in and board the Victoria Clipper for our return to Seattle. You will clear Immigration befo= re your board and then clear Customs on arrival in Seattle. Then we will trans= fer to the rail station.

The Clipper is scheduled to depart at 11:30am and arrive at 2:15pm. The Amtrak departure is scheduled for 5:20pm and arrival in Portland at 8:55pm.= On arrival in Portland, your taxi will be waiting to return you home.

 

Note: A valid Passport is required of all US Citizens. Some travelers may require Visa's to enter Canada.
