Located 57 kilometers northwest of Banff lay Lake Louise, known as the “Jewel of the Rockies.” Lake Louise is a stunning lake sitting in a small glacial valley, surrounded by treed, snow-capped mountains. One of the Rockies’ best known and original hotels, the Chateau Lake Louise, is situated grandly at one end of the lake.

Lake Louise Ski Area

Lake Louise has a large ski area with skiing on four mountain faces and has many chairs to feed the 50 plus runs. One of the most scenic ski areas in Canada!

Moraine Lake

Surrounded by peaks and deep teal in color, Moraine Lake is defyingly gorgeous. There are numerous trails at the lake to enjoy.
